Additional data for medication purchases

We may need additional information, including your prescription details, existing medical conditions, government-issued identification documents and Medicare details. This information ensures our pharmacists can check the medicine's suitability for you and comply with Pharmacy Law.

Improving our services

We collect and store details of all products we supply to you, including medicines on repeat prescriptions.

SMS Reminder Service

We can send registered patients free, monthly SMS notifications (using the mobile phone number you provided), reminding you of when your therapeutic vaping liquid monthly supply limit renews or resets.

This is an 'opt-in' service provided to patients who purchase therapeutic vaping liquid under the guidance of one of our pharmacists. 

Opt in by selecting the 'Sign me up for PWA Reminder Service' checkbox upon check out. You may opt out at any time by contacting our customer service team. 

Marketing

By agreeing to our privacy policy, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at info@pharmacyworld.com.au or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
