Ordering and accounts
Can I pick up my order in person?
As we are an online pharmacy only, you cannot pick up orders. We're pretty fast with our order processing, so you should have your products relatively quickly (depending on where you live - see Shipping page - and the types of products you purchase).
Do I need a pharmacist consult?
If you purchase restricted, pharmacy-only products that do not require a prescription, you will need to have a consultation with one of our pharmacists before we dispense and post your order. Please keep your phone handy after placing an order for one of our pharmacists to contact you.
Your order will not be processed or shipped if our pharmacist does not speak with you first.
Products requiring a pharmacist consultation are indicated as such in their product description.
How do I log in?
If you have already registered an account, received an account activation email and activated your account, click on the little person icon in the top right of our website. That links to the login page or your profile if you're already logged in.
How do I make changes to an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change the products in your order, as we process orders quite quickly during weekdays. We pack and ship every weekday, with same-day dispatch if your order is placed and approved before midday (AEST).
How do I order?
You'll need to register an account before you can order from our website. See our homepage for more information on how to register.
If you've already registered and activated your account, simply log in and add selected products to cart, noting that some products require a consultation (phone) with our pharmacist before dispensing. Products requiring a pharmacist consultation are indicated as such in their product description.
How do I pay for an order?
You will have multiple payment options upon checking out, including credit card. We do not, however, have PayPal or other options allowing payment with installments.
How do I register an account?
Our homepage has a quick run-down on how to register an account.
Why can't I submit my order?
If you can't submit an order and/or are getting an error message that there is something wrong with your order details, try the following and see if one rectifies the issue:
- Try a different internet browser: while we endeavour to ensure our site is operational across all popular browsers, there are some aspects that are out of our control. Some customer feedback indicates the Chrome browser might cause issues in checkout.
- Check credit card information is correct.
- Check that you completed the online consultation form (where required); ensuring you answered every question and ticked all relevant boxes.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Contact us if the problem persists.
Shipping and returns
Can I return pharmacy products?
It is possible to return a pharmacy product but it depends on the product and reason for the return. Please see our Warranty and returns policy for more information.
Do you ship overseas?
Pharmacy dispensing laws differ across the world therefore, we only sell and ship to Australian residents.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Take a photo or video of the damage to the product immediately and do not open the damaged product. Email your photo/video to info@pharmacyworldaustralia.com.au and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. It is very likely we will replace the product if damage in transit is evident.
Products
Does my product have warranty?
Yes, there is limited and different warranty on most of our pharmacy products. Please see our Warranty and returns policy page for more information.
What kinds of products do you sell?
We provide pharmacist-guided access to compliant therapeutic goods, to support smoking cessation or nicotine dependence, where clinically appropriate. You must be a registered patient under the care of our pharmacists and have a therapeutic need, confirmed by our pharmacists via online and phone consultations, to access most of these products.
We also sell Nicorette products for smoking cessation, confectionery, health food products, batteries, charging cables and snacks.
You must have a registered account and be logged in to our site in order to view any available products.
Why can't I see all the products?
Many of the products available require you to be a patient under the care of our pharmacists before you can access and purchase them. Therefore, you must complete our account registration consultation form to request an account with us before you can view our products.
Note: the registration form requires that you have a therapeutic need for the products available and you will need to upload evidence that you are at least 18 years of age.

What are your operating hours?
Our online pharmacy store is always open. However, our team, including our pharmacists, are only at the office on weekdays, during our business hours. See our Contact us page for operating hours.
This means that while you can order products at any time, pharmacist consultations, required for restricted, pharmacy-only therapeutic products, must be done during our operating hours on weekdays.
