At Pharmacy World Australia, we offer expert advice and support for all your smoking cessation vaping needs. Our dedicated pharmacists and team are here to assist you with purchases and resolve any issues you may encounter, including helping resolve issues or process warranty claims for your e-cigarette devices.

Operating hours

You can contact us through one of the forms below and our friendly team will respond during business hours: 8am to 4pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time [AEST]), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends). Alternatively, you can send your enquiry by mail to PO BOX 169, Salisbury QLD 4107.

Christmas & New Year operating hours

We will be closed on a number of days over Christmas and New Year. You can still order online when we are closed but please note the changes in order processing times below (we do not process orders on days we are closed).

  • Mon 23 Dec: 9am - 4pm
  • Tues 24 Dec: 9am - 4pm
    • Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) Tue 24 Dec will be processed on Fri 27 Dec.
  • Wed 25 Dec (Christmas Day): CLOSED
  • Thurs 26 Dec (Boxing Day): CLOSED
  • Fri 27 Dec: 9am - 3pm
    • Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) Fri 27 Dec will be processed on Thurs 2 or Fri 3 Jan 2025.
  • Sat 28 Dec: CLOSED
  • Sun 29 Dec: CLOSED
  • Mon 30 Dec: CLOSED
  • Tues 31 Dec (New Year's Eve): CLOSED
  • Wed 1 Jan 2025 (New Year's Day): CLOSED
  • Thurs 2 Jan: 9am - 4pm

Important notes:

  • There may delays on email responses, order processing and shipping over Christmas and New Year.
  • Orders including medicine, such as vaping substances, may be further delayed if the pharmacist requires further telephone consultation.
  • Order by the Christmas postage cut-off date for the best chance of arrival before Christmas.

Update, change or cancel order

Please review our Order acceptance policy first, then complete the Update my order form below to change details such as your address or items purchased, or to cancel your order. Please note that cancelling your order may incur a restocking fee.

Pharmacist enquiry

Please complete the Pharmacist enquiry form and your question will be sent directly to one of our licenced pharmacists. This allows us to promptly assist you with your specific medical or prescription-related questions.

Delivery issue

Exchange or refund (not warranty claim)

We accept returns and offer exchanges, refunds or store credits for eligible products. Please read our Returns policy to check product eligibility and complete our returns form.

Issues with devices (warranty claim)

Please read our Warranty policy for guidance on warranty coverage and preparing for a claim, if needed. Then complete the Product issue form to report a problem with your device (vaping device, medical device or other electronic devices, like an electric toothbrush).
