Therapeutic vaping substances range in brand, nicotine concentration (including 0mg/nicotine-free), nicotine base (salt or freebase), and flavour (either menthol, mint or tobacco flavour, or unflavoured options).

Therapeutic vaping liquid can only be used for smoking cessation or nicotine dependence management, under the supervision of a pharmacist or healthcare professional (doctor/nurse), when first-line nicotine replacement treatments have been unsuccessful (e.g. patches, gum, lozenges).

It's important to note that although therapeutic vaping substances do not always require a script (when under 20mg/mL), they always require a pharmacist phone consultation before dispensing and a maximum of one month's supply per month (or less more frequently) can be dispensed. What is considered one month of e-liquid supply depends on your therapeutic needs, determined during your pharmacist consultation.
