You will need to complete and submit an online registration form in order to access and purchase therapeutic, pharmacy-only products, like vaping goods.
Step 2: Pharmacist review
Our pharmacist or pharmacy staff will review your registration to verify the information you provide. Part of your registration form includes uploading evidence that you are at least 18 years old.
Step 3: Your registration is approved!
You will receive an account activation email as verification that your registration has been approved. Follow the steps in the email to activate your account with a password.
You will also receive an email to let you know if your registration is not approved.
Step 4: You're ready to order
The moment you activate your account, log in to access our online pharmacy store and start shopping!

In compliance with the Australian vaping reforms legislation, you will also need to answer some questions in a consult with one of our pharmacists before your order containing a nicotine e-liquid can be approved and dispatched.

What's available at our pharmacy?
We're focussed on therapeutic smoking cessation products as a specialty pharmacy so our products are primarily of this category, including e-cigarettes, vaping substances (nicotine and nicotine-free), nicotine replacement therapy goods, nicotine patches and so on. You will find other pharmacy products in our online pharmacy store too as we plan on expanding into skin care, supplements and home care products (to name a few).
